Therapeutic Disclosures

Often during recovery, individuals and couples have the desire to “come clean” about acting out behaviors in addiction. A therapeutic disclosure is a therapist designed and guided process of recounting all behaviors to understand the powerlessness of the disease and the progression of the disease. The disclosure process can be completed in as little as three days. When the disclosure is made to the betrayed partner, the goal is also to facilitate the restoration of trust. A polygraph exam to increase accountability is also available to those who request one.

Clinical Intensives

Intensives are 3 to 4 focused days of therapeutic work designed to help you meet your goals. Typical goals include achieving sobriety in early recovery, understanding and healing trauma and re-build trust in a relationship. Since Intensives are not a one size fits all approach, each Intensive is specifically designed to the client. Days are typically 6 hours long with homework at night and are equivalent to 4 to 6 months of weekly therapy.
